I was very happy being part of the Better Properties office in Gig Harbor and called it my home for several years. Another brokerage that was international approached me with some enticing offerings and I decided to leave Better Properties. The real estate company supplied everything that they promised, however the cost to do business was much higher than I expected. This would have been counteracted if I had recruited brokers for the company but my focus just wasn't on recruitment. It turns out that I am better suited to working with seller and buyer referrals at a fraction of the cost. Better Properties welcomed me back with open arms and I'm much more productive with a local office that supports me and my real estate sales.
